Swans are one of rare animals that live with their partner for life. These noble birds seem to show their feelings to each other just as human beings do. So, naturally, when they got separated, for whatever reason, it has always been hard. This time, two lovely swans reunited again after a short separation.

For several years now, Bonnie and Clyde nearby a lake not far from the city of Crewe in England. The swan pair is popular not just by wildlife enthusiasts, but even by locals, and everyone sees them as some local celebirities. Recently, the crowd got worried when they saw Bonnie was in.ju.red. People immediately called the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) and they sent a rescue team right away. However, saving Bonnie was harder than anyone thought.

This was a hard rescue as the female swan was quite fei.s.ty so it took four of our water rescue team to save her using two rescue rafts.

Once Bonnie arrived at the RSPCA facility, the vets found she had a leg in.j.u.ry, but they said she will be fine soon. So it was, as in less than a month, the in.ju.red swan fully recovered and the volunteers brought her back to her soulmate, Clyde.

When she was released, she rushed towards her mate, and almost immediately the pair made the shape of a heart with their long necks.
It was an amazing moment…A heart-melting scene, meant to remember everyone just how loving and compassionate these creatures are.
