Budweiser is celebrating the reopening of America with a new commercial that reunites the Clydesdales with their best friend, the sweet Labrador Retriever puppy. The new commercial shows the horses and the puppy running towards each other while the Queen song ”Don’t Stop Me Now” plays. They eventually reunite and have a good time again. The puppy and the horses have been taken place in several Super Bowl commercials together.
In 2014, Budweiser put out a commercial during the Super Bowl called ‘Puppy Love’, that stole America’s heart.
The commercial consists of a Labrador retriever puppy and a Clydesdale who have an unbreakable bond.
The Lab pup from next door’s farm kept sneaking under the fence to hang out again with his new horse pal. But when the puppy was adopted, he was forced to leave his friend behind.
The Clydesdales force a dramatic intervention and chase the pup down, reuniting in the end.
Now, Budweiser is back with a brand new commercial that will pull at your heartstrings.
The commercial, called ‘Reunited with Buds‘, is a continuation of the story of the Clydesdale horse and the puppy. It shows scenes of the horse and the puppy running to great lengths to find each other again.
The commercial also shows scenes of a bar preparing to reopen, as places are beginning to open again in real life, while we are learning to deal with the coronavirus.
Wherever you are and whoever you’re with, remember to drink—and reunite— be responsible
