Chihuahua Dog That Cannot Walk And Dove That Cannot Fly Become Better Friends

Humans have a lot to learn from the other animals with whom we share our planet. This sweet Chihuahua and a pigeon in the next story show us that, regardless of the species, a true friendship can be formed at any time.

Last month, Lundy, an adorable two-month-old Chihuahua, was brought to the Mia Foundation Animal Center. The shelter houses animals with birth defects and helps them find a loving home.

Lundy came from a North Carolina kennel who noticed that the little pup had spinal damage that made it impossible to walk. Shortly after his arrival, the cub who couldn’t walk befriended the shelter’s oldest resident: Herman, a pigeon that can’t fly.
