A Helpless Puppy Is So Happy To Be Rescued That He Ran Straight Into The Arms Of His Rescuer

The Howl Of A Dog rescue team was returning to the shelter after being at a veterinary clinic, when they spotted an injured dog limping on the side of the road, hiding in bushes.

The rescuers stopped and approached the dog, trying to prevent it from going further into the thick bushes and being unable to rescue it. He was very desperate, but the moment he saw them, he realized that they were there to help him.

They took him to the veterinary clinic for an examination and X-ray, but the results were not good: he had a double fracture. Both of his front leg bones were broken and needed repair surgery.

The vet estimated the fracture to be at least a week old. Vlad was also very emaciated, and rescuers could only imagine how difficult it was for him to survive for so many days without food and with that painful broken leg. He was so hungry when they found him that he desperately grabbed a box of tissues from the car and tried to eat them.

He underwent repair surgery and the fractured bones were fixed with metal plates and screws. The procedure was complicated, but everything went well and Vlad recovered very well.

Vlad is a young dog, about 2 years old, sterilized, microchipped and fully vaccinated. He is full of joy and finds a lot of fun in everything he does.

Vlad really loves life and at that moment his greatest desire was to find a home where he could live happily and smile for the rest of his life. He was in the care of Howl Of A Dog in Romania, but was always available to travel to another European country, the United States or Canada.

They finally adopted it!

Now Vlad lives in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. He has settled down very well and is getting along great with his playmate Gemini, a very handsome mix of Pitbull and Labrador.

Vlad is loved by everyone and has a very loving father. With his new home, Vlad was also given a new name, Buddy, which so well reflects his caring and friendly personality.
