Sam a 13-year-old German shepherd lived his whole life with his dear owner, but sadly his parent deployed to the Navy and surrender him to a shelter. This changed his whole life. He was heartbroken.
Since Sam was too old, there were no people who wanted to adopt him. Nothing has changed over the days, so the shelter decided to euthanize him to open up some space for new dogs.
Surprisingly, George Johnson, a 93-year-old Navy veteran, was looking to adopt a white German Shepherd, as his own had d.i.ed. That’s when he finally met Sam, and immediately fell in love with him. Sam, the white German Shepherd, is cute and friendly.
